Kristi Simpson, PE, LEED AP, President and Project Engineer, is responsible for geotechnical engineering projects and soils laboratory testing. She is a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri and Illinois. Kristi holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Mrs. Simpson is responsible for company management and advanced geotechnical engineering projects. She has extensive experience in site characterization, project management, pavement evaluation, embankment settlement and slope stability analysis. Areas of technical focus include the evaluation and mitigation of problematic soils and soil settlement as well as stability analysis of embankments, dams, slopes and walls. In addition to engineering, she maintains and operates the in situ field testing equipment (DMT and PMT) and performs soils laboratory tests (direct shear, triaxial shear and consolidation).

Jeremy Basler, PE, Geotechnical Manager, is responsible for business development and the management of the geotechnical engineering operations. He is a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma and Texas. Jeremy attended college at Oklahoma State University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Basler has extensive experience in soils testing and evaluation, foundation and pavement consulting. Areas of focus include earthwork, foundation and pavement recommendations, expansive soils, pressuremeter testing, cone penetrometer testing, slope stability, settlement of compressible soils, geotechnical forensics and dam inspections.
Jeremy has been involved in geotechnical investigations for bridges, roadways, wind farms, solar farms, commercial buildings, retaining walls, utility relocations, industrial and chemical plants, pipelines, storage tanks, communication towers, lagoons and water treatment plants.

Emma Coggin-Low, EI, Project Specialist, manages geotechnical projects from beginning to end. She oversees and performs field work, organizes and analyzes the data and presents the results for engineering reports. Mrs. Coggin-Low graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical Emphasis from Oklahoma University. As an undergraduate at OU, Emma earned several scholarships and worked as a research assistant helping with research focused on compressed earth block construction and geofabrics. While earning her Masters Degree, she worked as a graduate teaching assistant for the soil mechanics lab.
Dawson Wiseman, EI, Project Specialist, handles geotechnical projects, overseeing field and lab work as well as reporting the findings. Mr. Wiseman graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and recently completed a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical emphasis.
Chad Pierson, Laboratory Manager, runs the Red Rock Consulting laboratory in addition to performing soils testing. Mr. Pierson is an ODOT certified soils technician. Chad is also our resident animal enthusiast and caretaker.
Grace Brummett, Laboratory Technician, assists in the laboratory. When she’s not busy performing her duties, she can be found hanging out with the cats that roam the property.
Lisa Corrales, Office Administrator, keeps things running behind the scenes. She mans the phones while assisting with the administration of proposals, reports and marketing materials. Lisa has over 10 years experience in Office Management and Administrative Support of all kinds.
